Can you plan my move around fixed pickup and delivery dates?
Yes. That is what a time-critical move is built for. After your survey, your move coordinator agrees your pickup and delivery dates with you, and your price is locked to your documented inventory. If the inventory stays the same, the price stays the same.
What is a dedicated truck move?
A dedicated truck carries only your belongings, from your old home to your new one, without stops for other customers’ shipments. Ask your coordinator whether a dedicated truck makes sense for your route and dates.
How far in advance should I book a time-critical move?
Contact us as soon as you have a target date. One to three months ahead is typical, and two to three weeks is also common. If your timeline is shorter, call us and we will tell you clearly what is possible.
What happens if my closing date changes?
Tell us as soon as you know. We adjust the schedule where crews and trucks allow, or hold your belongings in our climate-controlled Naples warehouse until your new home is ready.
