Ray The Mover Co. was EXCELLENT! From the time that Stephanie came out to give us a quote, to stopping by their warehouse to get boxes and supplies, and most importantly working with the movers..it was a wonderful experience. Brian, Key, and Bentley arrived on time (they actually called ahead of time to say that they were in their way). They were friendly, courteous, and extremely polite. They were cautious when wrapping, packing, and moving our personal belongings. I would highly recommend using Ray The Mover and I would give them a 10 for exceptional service!!

Stephanie was phenomenal with her response to my inquiry. She was professional, efficient and polite. She followed up on the quote I received – which was extremely fair – and did so in a timely fashion. The customer service displayed has been exemplary and I would recommend this company to anyone planning a move.

From the very first phone call, the team at Ray the Mover was exceptional! We called last minute to have pews moved from our church as we restored things following Hurricane Milton. Even the last minute change to have them stored at their facility didn’t phase them. They went out of their way to make the process simple, the movers were so careful and wrapped each pew as if it were their own furniture. They were polite, cheerful, and they were so efficient! The service was just as wonderful when the delivered the pews back to us. I simply provided the map and the team put everything back in place. We will be using Ray the Mover for all of our moving needs, hands down the best!

I have been remiss in expressing my gratitude of the excellent service provided by your company. Our move occurred on August 14th originating in Naples, FL and ending in Tampa, FL with 3 separate pick up locations and one final destination. The three gentlemen that arrived to provide the move service went over and above the call of duty to provide honest, quality and professional service. They made this stressful time of change efficient, timely, and dare I say FUN! They expressed professionalism in their manners and were wonderful to work with. They did not show any distress in the enormity of the job, but was careful to consult with their resource to pack the truck in the best possible way so that every single item fit in the truck to the most efficient capacity. I can’t say enough praises of these young men. There was one hiccup in our move, with the loss of the hinge for the refrigerator door, but that too was handled and remedied by your company with the best proficiency and result. I thank you on behalf of myself and my husband for making this experience a light load for us during this transition.

Just wanted to let you know that Gary Sr. and Gary Jr. handled our move and it went very well. So far, everything we have unpacked is in fine condition. The were very careful of both homes so as not to do any damage and their efficiency was quite good. I told them I would highly recommend them and that you should give them a raise !!
